Common terms/abbreviations: mint=never cancelled; OG=original gum; condition of OG: NH (never hinged), LH (light hinge mark), HR (hinge remnant), HH (multiple or unusually large hinge remnants); sound=no thins, tears, creases, stains, perf damage or alteration, significant fading, heavy pen or pencil marks on back, or other major faults (this excludes straight edges, poor centering, heavy cancels, or other problems clearly visible in the listing photo).
As always, we have a no questions asked return policy. You may return a lot for any reason within two weeks following receipt, and you will receive a full refund of the purchase price. Extensions of the return privilege are available, upon request, for those wishing to obtain PSE, PF, or APEX certifications.
Australian States/ Tasmania Scott 14, used. Four margin stamp, although close at UR. Very sound, clean and fresh for its age, with a lovely SOTN "20" cancel. Compare to others available. See scans. As shown; as is.

All items are freely returnable and fully refundable within 14 days (Buyer pays return shipping charges).

Shipping will be made by method and for the cost shown in the listing (typically by USPS First Class Mail or USPS International First Class Mail) with the following exceptions: Buy it Now items that sell for more than 0 will be shipped within the United States with tracking and insurance for a shipping charge of .45. Buy it Now items that sell for more than 0 will be shipped internationally by USPS Priority International Mail (or a private shipping courier service of the Seller’s choice) for a shipping fee of .95.  Any Buyer wishing to make alternative shipping arrangements should contact the Seller to discuss arrangements.
